Suva Development Projects

Since the turn of the century, Suva city has witnessed some major developments in the shopping malls and centres market. This has led to a demand for prime vacant land in the CBD as well as city fringe areas.  In 2005, the new Suva Centre shopping mall opened close to the Victoria Parade precinct.
